Gardener/Live-out - PS153
Role & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Gardener to work part-time in a private residence in Hertfordshire. You will be required to work between 20-30 hours a week, over 3 days. Your duties will vary as they have a Gardener/maintenance handyman who comes every other week but we are looking for someone who is happy to look after plants and flowerbeds, tidy overgrown shrubs and trees, and clear paths. You will need to be confident and have good equipment safety knowledge when using lawnmowers and hedge trimmers.
This is a great role for someone who has a real passion and hobby for gardening and looking for work for a wonderful family.
You must live locally or be able to travel as this is a live out role.
Domestic Housekeeper - PS152
Role & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a live-out Part-Time Housekeeper to join a private residence in Hertfordshire. This is the primary residence for the principals, and we are looking for someone to work between 20 - 30 hours a week, over 3 days a week.
The property is 5 bed, 5 bathroom where you will have sole charge. You should be confident to take the lead with all Housekeeping duties and be responsible for managing your time and job list. Previous experience of working in a private household is preferred but strong Housekeeping knowledge is a must.
You MUST be able to work in the UK and live within a commutable distance of Hertfordshire.

We are currently looking for a Housekeeper for a live-out position in a private household in Illinois, Chicago. This is a full-time Monday to Friday position, 40 hours per week, in the principal's primary residence. You will be working alongside a Laundress and House Manager so this role will be mainly Housekeeping duties, although there may be light laundry duties aswell. The principals have a small puppy so previous experience with pet care would be beneficial. Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Nanny to join a wonderful family in Manly, Australia. *Please note we are looking for someone who speaks French.*
You will have sole charge of 2.5-year-old Twins, a boy and a girl. This is a part-time role and you will be required on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. Hours from 8am until 16.30pm.
No day is the same with the kids but you will be required to be kind, caring and have a love for nature. We are also looking for someone who can cook and is happy to cook for the children and occasionally dinner for the parents.

Role & Responsibilities
Personal Staffing is looking for 2 rotational "Traveling Housekeeper/VIP Wardrobe Managers".
The candidates must be able to support the Principal and the family with everyday requests at any residence they are staying in, whether that be an apartment, family house or temporary residence. They must provide wardrobe support while travelling.
To be successful in this role, you should be well-organised, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.
Other duties will include:
Manage and support with hiring local staff at a residence of the family (cleaners, cooks, gardeners)
Managing furniture or necessary equipment to be at a residence
Controlling of household utensils, supporting an electronic inventory

Role & Responsibilities
We have a new position for an Executive PA. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Family Office and the Principals. This role is pivotal in managing both the private and business affairs of the Owner, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient coordination of schedules. The ideal candidate will act as the Owner's "right hand," providing support across a wide range of tasks, from administrative duties to personal errands, and more, while coordinating closely with the existing team of the family office.
This position operates on a rotational basis (around 4:4 weeks) with another Personal Assistant. The schedule will be discussed further with candidates during the interview process, as will salary requirements.
The candidate must be flexible and available for both long and short-term travel with the Principal and their family when required.

Housekeeper / Hostess - PS144
Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeper who has worked within an UHNW family home previously. The candidate must be able to be within commuting distance of the area of Geneva. Your main responsibilities will be taking care of the Principal's toiletries and personal items, stock rotation and keeping all products clean and tidy ensuring new products are available. You must be excellent with wardrobe management, itemising all garments that are to be cleaned and ensuring the safe return of them from professional cleaners. Staying on top of the organisation of the property with the team, provisioning of the laundry room too. We are looking for a good communicator who can work with 13 other members of the team. This is a 1:1 week rotation.
This role will include the service of a small breakfast in the mornings that consists of coffee, toast and fruit. You must be confident enough to ensure the family attend their appointments, making sure wake-up calls are conducted in good manners.
There will be opportunities to travel with the family from time to time and there will be some time spent in the family ski chalet during the winter months.
Flexibility is key for this role, no two days can be the same, some a little busier than usual and some can be quieter. We are looking for a dog lover.Package

We have a new position for an Executive Housekeeper to join a private residence in London. This is a Live-in position. The principals have two residences one in Kensington and one in Henley where you will be required to work in both. The hours of work will be 40 hours per week, over 6 days of the week. Monday - Saturday. You will be working solely as the Housekeeper for a lovely HNW couple. You will be responsible for ensuring the home is organised, clean and tidy to the client's standard. The principals have a small dog so you must be happy to walk the dog.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:

We are currently looking for a Nanny for a 100m+ Motor Yacht. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Nanny with some strong experience behind them to join a lovely family onboard. You do not need yacht experience but you must be able to speak fluent French as well as English.
You will be working with two girls aged 11 and 13 years old so someone who is experienced with older children is essential. The ideal candidate will need to be fun, easy going and friendly.

We are looking for an Administrator to work alongside the Buildings Services Manager. This is a temporary role, based in London with an option of 1-2 days WFH. As this large renovation project continues underway we are looking for a candidate who can carry out extensive Data Entry. He or she needs to be able to organise all the service manuals, log all spares and organise the technical information that keeps this vast property running. You need to ensure the Engineers and Service Manager can work effectively and efficiently when searching for technical information that they may need. Personal Staffing is looking for an experienced Live-out Butler to join a busy household in Central London.
You will be joining a fully staffed household, working alongside a team of other Butlers, and will be expected to have strong service skills and a great knowledge of silver and china care. A busy role where there are moving goalposts is quite usual, so you will have to think on your feet. Being able to adapt and overcome last-minute changes will be the key. The household is a very social environment with events, private functions and family entertainment. Alongside your team, you will be responsible for liaising between different departments to ensure the smooth running of the household, running errands, greeting, and caring for guests, and preparing for travel arrangements, ensuring all correct items are packed. You may occasionally be asked to assist with housekeeping although there is a full-time housekeeper in the property. There is the possibility of occasional travel within Europe, and sometimes weekend work at their secondary residence just outside of London. Previous experience working in a private household is essential, and you must be located within a commutable distance of Central London.
