A client of ours is seeking a skilled and hands-on Engineer / Property Manager to oversee a 300sqm guest residence in Mallorca, accommodating up to ten guests. The successful candidate will also support the Principal’s nearby secondary property, working across two homes in total.
This is a practical, technically focused role suited to someone with proven experience in property maintenance or engineering within a private household or high-standard environment. Strong technical knowledge is essential, particularly in relation to AV/IT systems, home technology, and associated infrastructure.

A long-standing client of ours is seeking a highly capable and adaptable All-Rounder to join their family office based in Hampstead Heath, London. We are ideally looking for an ex-yachtie who has transitioned ashore and is now looking to transfer their experience into a private family environment. This is a dynamic and hands-on position within a well-established family office supporting a private family with multiple properties across London. The family office will be the primary workplace; however, flexibility is essential, as you may occasionally be required to attend and support the family’s households in and around London. All residences are fully staffed.
The environment and expectations are comparable to a yacht setting in terms of presentation, organisation, attention to detail and proactive service. The successful candidate must be discreet, solutions-focused and confident, anticipating needs before they arise. The role is primarily Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, based within the family office in Hampstead Heath. After School Nanny - PS352
Role & Responsibilities
A lovely family of four based just off the King’s Road in Chelsea are seeking a part-time Nanny to support them during term time only. The role will be Monday to Friday from 2:30pm to 6:30pm, with occasional flexibility to finish at 7:00pm when required.
The family has two daughters aged 8 and 4 years old. The primary focus of the role will be caring for the younger daughter, including school pick-ups. The mother manages the eldest daughter’s school pick-ups later in the afternoon; however, once both children are home after 4:00pm, the Nanny will support the needs of both children.

An UHNW family of four, together with their two friendly dogs, are seeking an experienced full-time Housekeeper to join their household in Notting Hill, London.
The family resides in a five-bedroom property arranged over three floors (no lift). The home includes three en-suite bedrooms, a family bathroom, and an additional guest WC on the ground floor. This is a hands-on position requiring a proactive, detail-oriented Housekeeper who takes genuine pride in maintaining a beautiful home to a high standard.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00am–6:00pm. You will work independently on a day-to-day basis, with the support of a part-time Housekeeper who attends once a week to assist. In addition, once a month, the part-time Housekeeper will be onsite for a full week to support with a thorough deep clean of the property. The household is generally quieter during school holidays, when the family travels, with busier periods outside of these times.
