Key Responsibilities
• Carry out both preventative and reactive maintenance across luxury residential properties

• Ensure all systems run safely and efficiently with minimal disruption

Personal Staffing is currently seeking a Personal Assistant to join a private household in Central London, supporting the smooth running of a UHNW family office and household. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to become an integral part of a growing private office environment.
Initially, you will be the sole PA within the family office, taking responsibility for supporting two Principals across their personal and administrative needs. We are therefore seeking someone who is confident managing the demands of two busy Principals simultaneously, able to prioritise effectively, remain highly organised, and ensure both schedules and requirements are managed seamlessly.
Longer term, the plan is to introduce a second PA, creating a collaborative two-person support team. At that stage, responsibilities are expected to be divided so that each PA primarily supports one Principal, while continuing to work closely together to ensure calendars align where required, coverage is maintained during absences, and the office runs efficiently as a whole.
