We are looking for someone who is going to be quite hands-on and build a good relationship with the owners, owners EA and local suppliers. Whilst you are not responsible to clean the property you must be able to organise housekeeping staff, service staff, private chefs and of course, manage contractors who need to attend to the property for maintenance and repairs. We are currently looking for a live-in nanny to join a lovely family in Kent. The family has 3 children aged between 2 and 12, with your main focus being on the 2 year old whilst the older two children are at school during the day. You would be joining an already fully staffed household, where there is currently a Butler and a team of three Housekeepers who have all been with the family for over a year.
Your main responsibilities would include getting the children ready for and picking up from school, cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner, helping the older two children with their schoolwork and working with the 2 year old to stimulate and encourage development.

Executive Chef - PS90
Role & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Executive Chef to join a private villa in Sardinia. We are looking for someone who can complete the season until the end of October time. As the Executive Chef, you will be working alongside a Junior chef who has been working in the villa for the summer. This role is temporary and will pay €350 a day. To be considered for this role, you must have either private Chef experience or experience as a Yacht Chef. You must be comfortable with Asian cuisine as well as cooking fresh fish. The guests vary in age so someone who is able to cater for all needs. You ideally need to be based in Europe already and this is a live in position.

We are currently looking for a Facility Manager to support and take responsibility for the overall running of a large operation. This role will include managing a 4-star Hotel, Yacht Marina, Integrated aviation FBO, helipads and 5 large buildings as well as a large swimming pool. Your key role will be to provide support to all departments within the organisation to meet the customer’s needs. We are looking for someone who is highly organised and can manage a large operation. You must be a hands-on individual and have good communication skills.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Implement facility management strategies, policies, and procedures to maximize the performance and functionality of the facilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and repairs of the facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards

You will be in charge of managing a team of 4 within the chalet and will be expected to provide daily meetings and check-ins with the team to ensure good morale. You will be solely in charge of the bookings which come in so managing these and presenting them to the team is a top priority. We have an exciting position for an Administrative Assistant to work on behalf of a UHNW family who are looking for some additional support in their household over the summer holidays. This position is based in Chelsea, UK.
We are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant who is available for the six-week summer holiday period. The family's main residence is in the SOF so they will be visiting and living in the UK just for the summer holidays. The house is well accommodated with all of the necessities. This is an extremely varied role and requires someone who can respond quickly to a variety of tasks with a positive and ‘can do’ attitude. You will work closely with the family PA, providing assistance and support as required.
You will be requested to complete the online shopping and act as a gatekeeper for the household. The family will have guests visiting and hold various dinner parties which you will be given contacts for to invite. Any reservations or appointments requested by the primary will be sent to you to arrange and be added to the diary.
