Business Development / Consultant & Growth Manager
Personal Staffing is a boutique private household recruitment agency working with UHNW clients in the UK and internationally.
We’re looking for a driven, hands-on individual to help grow the business, developing new client relationships, delivering recruitment projects, strengthening marketing and systems, and supporting the build-out of a future team. You’ll work closely with the founder in a small, ambitious team, with clear scope to step into a leadership role as the business scales.
This is a growth role for someone commercial, organised, and ready to make an impact early.
