The Opportunity
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to help source candidates for a variety of roles. You will be working on behalf of UHNW clients all over the world to help fill positions, including Housekeepers and Chauffeurs, to PAs and Estate Managers. Ideally, you will have previously worked as a Recruiter and have a proven track record of finding suitable candidates over a range of platforms. Full training will be given along with a competitive salary and opportunities for progression and commission.
Responsibilities
Resourcing candidates from various platforms for positions.
Interviewing candidates and building thorough profiles containing technical and informative information.
Conducting reference checks with clients.
Business development to build the candidate database and develop existing or new leads.
Assisting candidates with resumes and helping to develop themselves, with a keen interest in their department.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a driven and versatile individual to join us in a pivotal role focused on business development and company growth. This is a hands-on, dynamic position where you'll work closely with the founder and small Bristol Team to build our client base, enhance operations, and lay the groundwork for a new team in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to grow our client base through networking, relationship-building, and targeted outreach.
Recruit for specific roles that clients have requested we fulfil.
Support and refine marketing efforts, both digital and offline.
Manage and grow our candidate and client database, ensuring it’s optimised for efficiency and reach.
Identify opportunities for service improvements and business expansion.
Assist in hiring, onboarding, and structuring a future team as the business scales.
Lead and manage new team members, introducing systems and structures to support long-term growth.
